We will then send you a quote and ask you to  pay a 20% deposit, non-refundable. It will then be necessary to pay the totality of the stay at the latest 1 month before this one.

No reimbursement will be possible, unless you have personal insurance that provides for this. During this COVID period, exceptionally, we will offer you an unlimited time voucher equivalent to what you have paid, if the reasons for cancellation are justified by covid (positive PCR tests 72 hours before boarding, cancellations of flights, government measures...)
